Introducing AI Workflows:

We’re excited to introduce AI Workflows, a new section in Hike designed to help automate everyday business tasks.
With AI Workflows, you can:
Automate Social Media Posting – Generate and auto-post product-focused updates to your social media channels with AI assistance.
WhatsApp AI Chatbot Automation – Provide instant responses to your customer inquiries through an AI-powered chatbot.
Monthly Sales Report Automation – Automatically receive the monthly sales summary report via email without manual effort.
AI Store Management via Telegram – Access key store information, such as inventory, sales, and customer details, directly through Telegram.
Simply navigate to AI Workflows in your Hike account to explore and activate the automations that best suit your business needs.

Pay by Link – Accept Payments Remotely, Even When the Customer Isn’t in the Store

You asked for an easier way to collect payments when your customer can’t be present. We listened.
Introducing Pay by Link – a simple way to send a secure payment link to your customer directly from Hike POS. No more manual follow‑ups or waiting for the customer to return to the store. Just add the customer to the sale, send the link, and let them pay from anywhere.


Note: This feature is available only if you have Hike Pay activated. Also, the customer needs to be added to the sales for this option to appear.
New Feature: Pay with QR Code – Faster Checkout, No Swiping or Tapping

Sometimes your customer just wants to scan and pay – no card, no cash, no typing. Now you can make that happen right from Hike POS.
Introducing QR Code Payment – the cashier generates a QR code for the sale, and the customer scans it with their phone to pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any UPI / wallet app that supports QR code payments.

Sell Smarter: Unit of Measure (UOM) now available online with Hike eCommerce

Your UOM products are no longer just for your physical store. With this release, Hike eCommerce fully supports Unit of Measure products, meaning your online customers can now buy the exact same products – in kilograms, grams, pieces, or any unit – just like they would when walking into your store. No more confusing conversions or limiting what you list online. What sells at your counter can now sell on your website, beautifully and accurately.


Smarter, Faster Excel Imports – AI-Powered Column Mapping

Store credit sync between Hike and BigCommerce

We are delighted to announce Store Credit Sync between Hike and BigCommerce! Now, customer store credit balances stay perfectly matched whether they shop at your brick-and-mortar store or on your BigCommerce online store.
Based on your sync settings, store credit balances are automatically synchronized between customer accounts in Hike and BigCommerce. When a customer earns or spends credit in one platform, the other platform knows about it instantly.

Cost Price Now Syncs Between Hike & WooCommerce!
(Supported plan: Hike Plus )
We’re excited to announce Cost Price Sync between Hike and WooCommerce! Now, the product cost price you set in Hike will automatically sync to WooCommerce’s native “Cost of Goods” field. No more double-entry. No more mismatched margins. Just clean, consistent cost data across both platforms.
We’ve added a dedicated setting on the integration page so you can activate this feature with a single click.

More Control Over Gift Cards – Edit Details or Deactivate
(Supported plan: Hike Plus)
We heard your feedback – sometimes you need to correct a gift card entry or retire an old card that’s no longer in use. Now you can do both, right from Hike POS.
Introducing Gift Card edit and active/deactivate option– the ability to edit gift card details (like recipient name and email) and mark a card as inactive when it’s lost, cancelled, or no longer valid.

Quick Price & Quantity Pop-up for $0 Priced Products
(Supported plan: Hike Plus)
Do you sell products that don’t have a fixed price—like custom orders, variable-size items, or goods that change cost daily? Until now, you had to work around this. Not anymore.
We’ve introduced a new feature that lets you create a placeholder product with a $0 retail price, then set the actual price and quantity right at checkout—exactly when you need it.

Once enabled, whenever you add a zero-price product to the cart, a pop-up will automatically appear on the POS screen.
In this pop-up, you can manually enter:
- The sale price for that specific transaction
- The quantity the customer is buying

Now you can create products once and sell them at the right price every time. no more workarounds, no more editing products back and forth.
Assign a different salesperson to the entire sale
(Supported plan: Hike Plus)
We’re excited to introduce the new “Served by“ feature, which lets you credit the right salesperson—not just the cashier—for every transaction. To enable it, simply go to Store Setup > General Settings and toggle on the dedicated salesperson option. Once active, the cashier can select the correct salesperson from the “Served by” dropdown right in the cart during checkout. After the sale is completed, the salesperson’s name will appear on the receipt and transaction history, and the sale will count toward their individual performance targets.


Keep in mind, the assignment can only be made while the sale is in progress and cannot be changed afterwards. If no one is selected, the sale will automatically default to the logged-in cashier—so you’re always covered!
