Create multiple variants of your products based on size, colour, material and more, assigning unique SKUs to each variant to track stock levels. There are no limits on the number of products or services you can add, and your system is optimized to handle large amounts of inventory. Use barcodes for products including separate barcodes for product variants, with barcodes also included on receipts so you can find orders easily.

Easy product management
Create composite product bundles using your existing products to make combo deals or even hampers. The export and import wizard lets you add, update, and count thousands of inventory items at once, applying price and other product information changes without delays. As a multi-store POS and central inventory management system, Hike lets you track stock by store, and even track your online store inventory separately or in sync with your physical store.

Inventory control
Inventory count is always time consuming, but we've made it easier - perform full or partial inventory counts, schedule counts in advance and action multiple partial counts at once. Set custom reorder points for each individual product so you get an automated reminder when stock hits the point. Transfer stock between stores and inventory levels update automatically for each store, with everything captured on a report.

Inventory purchases
Create purchase orders with a few easy clicks and select from a list of suppliers to email your purchase order, or print well-formatted purchase orders to send a physical copy. Quickly check your PO status to see what has arrived and what's still in transit, helping you track partial deliveries and damaged returns. Record supplier information and contact details, and allocate particular suppliers to specific products so there's less to remind your staff about.

Customise it your way
Create and customize any number of tax rates, specifying different sales tax rates by store - handy if you operate multiple stores in different tax regions. Organise products better by placing them in categories and sub-categories with product types, season, brand and tags so they're easier to find. Apply margin by entering your cost price and a percentage, and Hike calculates the selling price for you. You can also activate or deactivate inventory tracking rule by product.
